How long does a transfer take?

Most CAD → USD transfers settle within minutes during business hours. EUR, GBP, and other major currencies typically arrive same business day. Exotic currencies may take 1–2 business days.
Is there really no transfer fee?

Yes — absolutely zero transfer fees. We make a small margin on the exchange rate (far smaller than banks), but we never charge a separate transfer fee. What you see in the converter is exactly what the recipient receives.
What's the maximum I can send?

Personal accounts can send up to $50,000 CAD per transfer and $200,000 per month. Business accounts have higher limits. Contact our team for custom limits on large transactions.
How do I verify my identity?

Our KYC verification takes under 2 minutes. You'll need a Canadian government-issued photo ID and a selfie. Verification is usually approved instantly; occasionally up to 24 hours for manual review.
